HAPS is a residential school offering separate hostel facilities for boys and girls from Classes IV to XII. Admission is granted to meritorious students based on eligibility, academic performance and entrance test results.
Parents can apply through the school's online admission portal by completing the registration process and paying the prescribed registration fee. A direct link is available for enquiries and registration. Parents may also contact the admission office or school helpline for guidance.
Required documents generally include the student's birth certificate, aadhar card previous academic report card, transfer certificate (where applicable), photographs and other records specified by the school.
Admission enquiries and registrations generally begin in September and October. Entrance tests are conducted on scheduled dates in January and February, with prior notification to interested parents. Admission is subject to eligibility, merit and seat availability. Parents may contact the school helpline or visit the online admission portal for details.
As per the applicable Himachal Pradesh Government and CBSE admission norms, children must be at least 3 years old for Nursery (Balvatika-1), 4 years for LKG (Balvatika-2), 5 years for UKG (Balvatika-3) and 6 years for Class I, as on 30 September of the admission year.
