Yashovardhan Attri, a talented young athlete of Him Academy Public School, Vikas Nagar, has captured attention with his stellar performance at the recent SGFI State School Yoga Sports Tournament in Sundernagar, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, where he won the gold medal in the U-19 category, securing his place at the SGFI National Championship. But Yashovardhan’s achievements don’t end there. Competing at the state-level championships organized by the HPYSA Himachal Pradesh Yoga Association in Shimla, he won a gold medal in Traditional Yogasana and a silver in Artistic Yogasana in the U-16 category, again qualifying for the nationals. Adding to his growing list of accomplishments, Yashovardhan won National Yoga Sports Bronze medal in National Yoga Sports championship organised by yoga federation of India and has been selected to represent India at the Asian Yogasana Championship in Singapore, set for January 6th to 8th, 2025. This remarkable young athlete's dedication and talent under the mentorship of his Yoga Teacher Mr. Jimmy Thakur, promise a bright future in yoga, bringing pride to his school and his state.
