Depression is a medical condition in which a person feels very sad and anxious.It is the state of feeling when a man loses all hopes and enthusiasm. Most often he turns introvert and develops negative attitude towards life. He is all the time unhappy and disappointed. Time hangs heavy upon him and he becomes a sore burden on others. He thinks only of his own weaknesses and tries to withdraw from social gathering. He does not enjoy sound sleep and becomes a victim of restlessness and physical ailments. The following tips may be helpful to keep away from dejection and depression : Follow regular diet habits and avoid junk food. Always be positive. It changes the course of our life and helps in removing depression. Never be a victim of inferiority complex. Every man in this world is a unique one and no one is inferior to any one in any way. Don“t suppress your feelings. Give expression to them and share your anxiety with your friends. Anguish most often flows through tears and you feel light. During depression it is the negative attitude that reigns supreme. It is always harmful to take important decision in such a state such as giving up a job, business, divorce etc. A man most often repents over it after taking any such decision.In the state of depression never control the natural flow /needs of your body such as hunger, thirst, sleep, rest,urination or evacuation of vowls. Live in present. Past is past, it cannot be recalled. Future is uncertain. Have a sound philosophy of life and living. Desire and expectations increase your depression. Never expect anything even from your own children. If they serve you, it is better. If not,think no more of them.Devote sometime for the good of others.Gradually you will build yourself and depression will disappear. Develope healthy habits. Habit is the second nature. Health, habits and happiness go hand in hand. They must be taken care of meticulously.
