Hostels (Boys & Girls)

Him Academy Public School, Hamirpur has two separate hostels for boys and girls with a housing capacity of approximately 250 boys and 190 girls. The hostel is an extension of the home, providing warmth and opportunities for students to grow into individual personalities.

Transport

The transport facilities in the school are optional and can be availed on extra payment. School has a fleet of 17 buses. Medical Facility

The school has a well-maintained medical Aid room where children needing medical care are treated. Students are given a proper medical check up at regular intervals and a health record is maintained for each child. A qualified medical physician visits the premises every morning and evening he is always available on call. Two nurses are always available in the Medical Aid room However as and when advised by the school physician students are sent under an escort to renowned hospitals or Distt. Hospital at Hamirpur for further medical check-up.

Atal Tinkering Labs is a national level program - by National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog).The objective of this program is to foster curiosity, creativity, and imagination in young minds; and inculcate skills such as design mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning, and physical computing. ATL Objective is to develop an eco-system that promotes innovation in India,to create a work space in schools where young minds can learn innovation skills and sculpt ideas through hands-on and do-it-yourself projects. To provide facilities to work with latest technologies & tools - electronics, sensors, open source micro-controller boards, 3D printers etc. to create technology innovations.
