IAYP (International Award for Young People )
This Award Program originated in UK in 1956 as the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme (DEAS). The aim was to help the young people bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood smoothly and involve them in a balanced program of voluntary self-development activities.
The school has taken initiative to launch this award for the overall development of the students and to consolidate, integrate and channel their energies in the right direction. Based on three certificate course namely Bronze medal ,Silver medal , and Gold medal ,various activities are carried out in four different fields of skill service ,Physical Recreation and Adventure. In this session(2015-2016) 93 students are taking active part in the activities opted by them for the Bronze award
